My name is Sarah Barker. I am a teacher in a Bristol secondary school, a lover of the English language, a calligrapher, a mum, a leftie and a left-footer, a Bristolian, a reader, a wife, a terrible runner, an eco-warrior and a board-game player.
I blog about education and English Literature, mainly.
A very thoughtful blog on Personalised CPD. The link between academic research into the development of teachers as educators and teachers’ experience though CPD would be an interesting gap to bridge – or perhaps the bridge needs to be built. How do we make academic research relevant to teachers?
